Press Release Information
Shimakon Entertainment welcomes any press/media/radio organizations to its events. We do not charge any fees for any organization covering the convention. In order to receive a press badge, the following is required to be presented at time of arrival:
• Must present I.D. from organization, or a business card (if a free lancer)
• Must have a valid form of identification (e.g. Texas state drivers license)
Each organization may receive up to four press badges; the press badges may not be swapped with any other person/person’s. Each person must pick up their own badge; no one may pick up someone else’s badge.
Shimakon Entertainment must receive a copy of any published material, either to the webmail provided or to the current physical address.
